Our 2021 conference is drawing near. We have until Feb 28th to make reservations at the spruce quoted to us. I have attached the reservation information as well as the hotel safety policy. they are making sure everything is sanitized daily. They have had a number of large conferences recently with no issues.We need a count of people attending in order to ensure we have enough food for all. please respond to me or to Jerry bryant. you can respond to this email to let us know.
